You’ll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of people across varied socio-economic backgrounds and diverse ethnicities and experience a range of models of care. You will work in a modern facility supporting women and their pregnancies, where you can really make a difference to their lives. You will be developed professionally by our district’s Clinical Midwife Educator and Clinical Midwife Consultants, have access to online and face to face learning with the Australian College of Nursing and the opportunity to undertake our Clinical Leadership program. Rural Health Workforce Incentives Scheme You may qualify for a $20,000 sign-on bonus if you have moved (evidence required) from MM1-2 (metro) location, interstate or internationally to work in our district. If you do not meet this criteria, attraction incentives or allowances of up to $10,000 may apply. Retention incentives of up to $10,000 after 12 months of service may apply.
