Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate staff rosters, support planning, medication, and daily operations
* Build trusted relationships with families, participants, and community stakeholders
* Drive quality, compliance, and service innovation
* Work across a 24-hour, seven-day roster (including sleepovers)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in a relevant field
* Experience in leading teams and managing complex operations
