We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker/Handyman to join our team on a casual basis (2 days per week, 4–6 hrs per day, with extra shifts available when the live-in caretaker is on leave).
About the Role:
* General property maintenance and minor repairs
* Grounds and pool care
* Assist with housekeeping and common areas
* Support the management team to maintain high standards
What We're Looking For:
* Previous caretaking/maintenance experience preferred
* Hands-on skills across basic repairs, gardening, and pool care
* Ability to work independently and communicate well
* Positive, reliable and proactive attitude
