About The Role
This job is high end horticulture as a qualified Gardener your role involves maintaining and enhancing gardens and outdoor spaces. This hands‑on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping with a dedication to outdoor work.
Responsibilities include :
* Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning and watering.
* Mow lawns, trim edges and care for turf areas.
* Ensure the campus is maintained and presented to a high standard.
* Prepare soil, mulch and plant beds.
* Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
* Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment.
About You
* Certificate II or III in Horticulture or equivalent (preferred)
* Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
* Valid Drivers licence (Manual preferred)
* White Card
* Previous experience in gardening is essential.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel and stand for extended periods.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and the sun.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
* A keen eye for detail and pride in your work.
