Permanent Full-time position
- Administrative support
- Location: Fiona Stanley Hospital

**About the Role**

As the Service Administrator you will be responsible for running and coordinating the day-to-day

administrative duties of the ICT Service Delivery Team ensuring that all interactions between

internal and external parties are positive and productive. You will provide professional

administrative support to the ICT Director, Senior Service Delivery Manager, and other

Managers upon request

**About You**

You will have a strong background in administration with demonstrated experience providing administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. You will have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role, you will thrive in a fast paced work environment while maintaining composure, cohesion and professionalism at all times.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- A Certificate in Business Administration or relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong skills in Office 365, Microsoft Teams
- A minimum of 3 years prior administrative experience
- A strong attention to detail
- A positive can-do attitude
- Demonstrated initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
