Job Summary:
Makes a significant impact by preparing entity or region credit reporting, planning, and forecasting to support the business. Analyzes credit exposures of an entity or region of a business segment, understanding trade finance and credit management skills.
1. Credit Reporting: Prepares entity or region credit reporting in line with Corporate Policy, ensuring minimal risk to the business.
2. Credit Analysis: Analyzes credit exposures of an entity or region of a business segment.
3. Trade Finance: Understands trade finance and credit management skills to support the business.
4. Credit Worthiness Reviews: Performs credit-worthiness reviews on new and existing accounts at the entity or region level.
5. Process Standardization: Supports the standardization of processes where possible within applicable entities or within a region across the business unit.
6. Report Development: Develops and produces regional or global reports to monitor Accounts Receivable performance against approved business segment credit limits.
7. Metric Analysis: Prepares metrics analysis and consolidated credit reporting for the entity or region.
8. Business Partnership: Partners with sales/commercial function on key business growth needs by providing credit/financial support.
9. Risk Mitigation: Encourages cross business segment communication on credit issues involving common customers within the region.
10. Customer Experience: Coordinates effectively with all stakeholders to optimize customer experience.
11. Audit Compliance: Supports the implementation of Corporate Credit Policies and assures audit compliance against them.
12. Special Projects: Leads special projects to improve Accounts Receivable credit systems, reporting, and processes.
13. Credit Risk Strategies: Implements and manages the reporting and analysis of credit risk strategies and receivables performance health metrics.
14. Audit Reviews: Responsible for audit of credit notes raised by the business.
15. Internal Audit: Manages the internal and external audit reviews of our department.
16. Credit Policy Implementation: Interprets credit policy, guidelines, and procedures.

Additional Information:
Hybrid Work Arrangement: Works from home two days a week (Wednesday - Friday) and on-site Mondays and Tuesdays.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong Business Partnering Skills
* Operational Credit Strategy Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related subject
* Progress toward financial certification is also preferred
