As we expand our recruitment expertise, you will take on the role of Principal Consultant for Accountancy and Finance, contributing to our success in recruiting for corporate professional roles.
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing new clients and building on existing client relationships by providing end to end recruitment services.
Recruiting for Accountancy & Finance roles Nationally with any clients.

Contribute to build a high-performing, upbeat culture within the team, driving business growth through collaboration.Your ProfileTo be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
Proven success with a consultancy in 360 recruitment within Finance, Accountancy & Finance and/or Corporate Finance
Prior business development experience with a hunter mindset and ability to put together as well as executing a recruitment sales plan.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging clients and candidates.
