We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a part-time capacity.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert care to patients, working collaboratively with General Practitioners and other practice staff.
* Clinically examine and assess patient needs including diagnosis and treatment.
* Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, identifying and managing treatment plans for patients at risk of developing long-term conditions.
* Administer child and adult vaccinations, prescribe and review medications in line with current guidance, and provide wound dressing services.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and perform phlebotomy duties as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
* A Registered General Nursing qualification with current NMC pin.
* A Master's Degree in Nursing.
* Experience working as an ANP in General Practice.
* Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
