**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Civil Infrastructure Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about civil infrastructure, engineering, or construction.
**About the Position**
The successful candidate will support the delivery of maintenance and infrastructure projects across our road and drainage network. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical operations while undertaking formal training to develop skills in civil construction, road inspection, asset management, and project support.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist with road and drainage asset inspections and reporting on condition and maintenance needs.
* Support road maintenance scheduling and the preparation of related documentation.
* Contribute to project planning by assisting in data gathering, site measurements, and technical input.
* Assist in the preparation of plans and documents such as traffic control plans and environmental documentation under supervision.
* Provide support to surveillance of maintenance and construction works for quality assurance and compliance.
* Assist with updates to our asset systems and technical records.
**Requirements**
* Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
* Current Driver's Licence (minimum NSW Provisional P1 Licence or equivalent).
* White card - general construction induction card (or willingness to obtain).
* SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Training Card (or willingness to obtain).
* Eligibility to enrol in MEM30522 Certificate III in Engineering - Technical.
* An interest in civil infrastructure, engineering, or construction.
