Key Responsibilities
* General Correspondence Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, handling general correspondence and other tasks as required.
* Promotional Material Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to the field force, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
* Liaison with Suppliers: Liaise with various agencies/suppliers in the coordination of promotional materials, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
* Data Management: Manage databases for in-house mailouts and action mailings as required by product managers, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
* Sales Brief Production: Manage the production and distribution of cycle sales briefs according to timelines, ensuring prompt delivery and high-quality content.

* Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel for marketing staff and external parties attending company conferences and advisory boards, providing efficient and reliable services.
* Meetings and Presentations: Organize trade displays, meeting forums or presentations, and liaise with key customers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
* Purchase Requisitions: Prepare purchase requisitions as directed by product managers and circulate for authorisations, ensuring smooth procurement processes.
* CME Program Implementation: Assist in implementing and coordinating CME programs, supporting the development of educational initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
* Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is ideal, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
* Organisational Skills: High level of organisational skills, experience dealing with marketing teams and coordinating marketing-related activities, ensuring effective task management and prioritisation.
* Technical Skills: Well-developed skills across Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, along with Salesforce, supporting data analysis and visualisation.
* Education: Degree in marketing, life sciences, or business is highly regarded but not essential, highlighting adaptability and a willingness to learn.
