We're looking for a People Experience and Talent Business Partner who is passionate about making a difference. Based in our Joondulup location, you will partner with business leaders across a portfolio of government and non-government contact centres. This role will serve as a dual-focus partner, dedicating approximately 70% of effort to People Experience and 30% to Talent Acquisition.
You'll be part of a collaborative national People Team that thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and delivering great outcomes for employees and leaders.

What you'll be doing
Partnering with leaders to provide practical advice and solutions across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and Enterprise Agreements.
Delivering operational support and guidance on employee relations/counselling, performance management, job design, remuneration and benefits, organisational change management, job evaluations, compliance, health & safety, employee development and succession planning.
Acting as a sounding board and coach to drive performance, engagement and change, focusing on driving high performance and accountability.
Building effective and trusted partner relationships to understand business requirements and advise and support on translating people goals into actionable initiatives, including engagement.
Using your expertise to identify opportunities, recommend improvements, and deliver people strategies that balance culture with commercial outcomes.
Leading and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process across dedicated business units and campaigns.
Providing guidance and advice to hiring managers on all areas of the recruitment process to ensure a consistent, fair, and defensible process.
Identifying, developing and implementing best practice recruitment strategies and sourcing methods to meet organisational and individual campaign needs.
Managing administrative tasks throughout the process such as advertising, resume screening, phone screening, and offer management.
What you'll bring
A strong HR background, ideally with HR advisory or business partnering experience.
Solid knowledge of Australian employment legislation and exposure to Enterprise Agreements.
Broad HR expertise across areas such as learning & development, change management, employee engagement, recruitment and organisational design.
Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging with people across all levels of the organisation, including senior management.
Prior experience working in a high-volume HR Business Partnering and/or recruitment team is desirable.
