This role will support the HR Team in all aspect of HR functions, compliance and programs and will actively coordinate programs including:
Provide end-to-end recruitment
Efficiently and effectively perform all HR administration function such as record management, staff training, termination, performance management, remuneration and welfare program and activities
Carry out effective onboarding practices to ensure new starter are integrated quickly
Administration of payroll and employee advantages programs
Identify issues and make continuous improvement suggestions
Ensure high level of confidentiality at all times
HR Policy and Procedural Maintenance and implementation
Performance Management (support and admin)
Administer employee record, database to ensure legal compliance
Prepare routine reports to relevant departments and external agencies
Provide general administrative support to HR team
Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualification in HR/Business or other relevant experience
Proficient user of MS Excel and other office software programs
relevant legislation governing employment, human resources and industrial relations which include Fair Work Act, Awards, Agreements etc (Desirable)
Must have broad understanding of employee confidentiality requirements and employee relations
Must have sound administration and organisation skills and ability to build rapport quickly and easily.
Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
Current unrestricted WA C class licence
Current national police clearance
