CarLi Constructions is a growing residential builder specialising in quality extensions, renovations, additions and new builds. We're known for our high standards, clear communication, and respectful worksites. We're now looking for a skilled, reliable Carpenter to join our team.
About the Role
You'll be working across a variety of residential renovation projects, including extensions, structural works, and new builds. This role suits a carpenter who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys being part of a small, professional team.
Key Responsibilities
• Set-out, framing, and structural carpentry
• General carpentry across renovations, extensions and new builds
• Install doors, windows, cladding, and internal linings
• Read and work from plans and specifications
• Work safely and comply with WHS requirements
• Coordinate with apprentices and subcontractors as required
• Maintain a clean and organised site
About You
* Trade qualified Carpenter
* Must hold Certificate III in Carpentry qualification
* Minimum 4+ years' experience post Certificate
* Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem solver and on-site decision maker
* High attention to detail and pride in your work
* Reliable, accountable, punctual, and professional with clients
* Ability to communicate well.
* Leadership qualities
* Desire to grow
* White Card and valid driver's licence
* Full set of tools
* Australian citizenship required
