Due to continued business growth, we're looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team, based in Gladstone.
This role services a well-established territory covering Gladstone, Agnes Water, Biloela and the Emerald region, with overnight travel required every fortnight (fully paid by the company).

About the Role
You'll be the sales face of our business in the region, responsible for:
* Managing and growing an existing customer base
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Building strong, long-term relationships with business owners and managers
* Working collaboratively with customers to deliver solutions that genuinely add value
This is a hands-on, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys being out in the field, managing their own territory and taking ownership of results.
What We're Looking For
You're someone who:
* Has proven experience in B2B sales (FMCG, wholesale or similar highly regarded)
* Is motivated, organised and accountable for their own performance
* Communicates clearly and professionally, and knows how to listen
* Is confident closing deals and negotiating outcomes
* Builds trust easily with customers and enjoys long-term relationships
* Is comfortable using technology (iPad, CRM systems, MS Office)
* Plans their time effectively and manages a large territory well
* Is happy to be hands-on when needed — including stock movement, in-store merchandising and product displays
* Has a creative eye for in-store activations and promotions
* Holds a current Australian Driver's Licence
* Be available for overnight travel 1-2 nights per fortnight as required by the role.
