Our client has developed a dynamic suite of software products that has taken the Local Government sector by storm and they are fast becoming a leader in their field. As a result, an opportunity currently exists for a **Software Presales Consultant**, ideally with HRIS experience, to join their close knit team.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
- Providing presales support including architecting solutions and coordinating presales support services.
- Assisting the sales team where required.
- Maintaining an awareness of issues and developments in the industry.
Essential skills and experience include:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated previous experience working with ERP technology solutions, with any **HRIS knowledge** and experience highly regarded.
- An understanding of the operation of **councils**, ideally gained from a previous position.
- Experience consulting in solutions such as Strategic Planning and Reporting, Governance & Risk Management, Project Management and/or Human Capital Management.
- A passion for customer service and an ability to build and manage strong relationships.
- An ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects.
This role offers full flexibility to work from home in any Australian capital city on the east coast, and utilise the support from management at the company's Sydney headquarters. There is occasional travel within Australia and this is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a successful, fast growing software company.
