We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Consultant to join our expanding sales team in Small Agriculture Equipment Sales. This role offers training and growth opportunities while allowing you to make a real impact in the agricultural sector.
* Represent the company in selling small agricultural equipment within a designated geographic area.
* Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership.
* Implement regular call cycles and maintain comprehensive customer information in your territory.
* Monitor trends in customer business and competitors' activity/products
* Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
* Achieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including but not limited to market share.
* Assist in organizing customer events and conduct field demonstrations of new equipment.
* Provide financing options to help customers purchase new and used equipment.
* Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
* Timely communication of trends, activity, sales reports etc. to Management
* Maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
