Key Responsibilities Strategic Clinical Leadership: Direct the nursing and care workforce, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and national legislative frameworks. Governance & Compliance: Lead clinical governance reform, conduct gap analyses, and ensure 100% compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Quality Improvement: Oversee the Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS), clinical auditing, and risk mitigation strategies (falls prevention, medication safety). People & Culture: Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting accountability, professional growth, and high performance. Stakeholder Management: Act as the clinical point of contact for families, medical professionals, and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
