* Cooking contemporary style dishes in accordance with the menu
* Preparation of dishes
* Planning and development of menu with managers
* All ordering food and consumables
* Food preparation meetings and briefings with staff
* Cooking techniques
* Health and safety compliance
* Rostering
* Menu costing
* Operational oversight restaurant operations scheduling inventory management
* Training and development
* Quality control monitor and improve the quality of food and service to ensure a consistently high standard
Minimum Requirements
* Education: diploma in kitchen management and 1 year experience in or related field
* 3 years of relevant experience
* Ability to thrive in quick pace environment
* Experience previous supervisor in a restaurant setting
* Passion for a genuine enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and dedication to provide a remarkable dining experience
