* Producing clean, efficient, safe, and quality code based on specifications.
* Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading the system in various environments.
* Leading technical discussions with customers and helping offshore teams with technical issues.

* Stakeholder management and communications with regular reporting.
* Organising and conducting technical workshops and showcases with customers and business.
* Effort estimation, task planning and execution.
* Showing sprint review/progress to customers on a regular basis.
* Driving and leading the execution of the engagement from a delivery perspective.
* Single point of contact for customers to answer any questions or resolve issues.
* Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
* Identifying process improvements to streamline the current solution development adding more value in quality and time consumption.
* Ensuring correct coding standards have been followed with proper code tuning.
* Ensuring and maintaining high-quality standards in the design and technical documentation delivered to the customer.
Qualifications and experience required include:
A proven track record of 10+ years as a software developer or similar role.
Substantial experience with the following technologies:
C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Web API, Rabbit MQ, Docker, Redis Cache, Kubernetes, and Git.
Nice to have qualifications include ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS, familiarity with Agile Project Management, JIRA, and Confluence.
Essential soft skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working with and managing remote teams is also desirable.
