Job Description
The organization seeks a Health, Safety and Environment Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Work, Health and Safety (WHS), environmental practices, and workplace facilities.
* Provide WHS advice to ensure compliance with legislation and manage risks effectively.
* Develop, implement, and review WHS systems, operational policies, programs, plans, and tools.
* Manage appropriate WHS training for workers and ensure induction of all workers.
* Manage processes for incident and accident reporting.
The role also involves providing accurate and practical WHS advice during events, managing incidents, and overseeing work and contractors for installations, repairs, and maintenance.
