You will be part of a skilled team that is responsible for repairing vehicles to the highest standard.
About the role
Our dedicated Customer Service officer ensures a professional and friendly first point of contact, making us a trusted partner in the industry. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic office and help us maintain our high standards of service excellence by providing our Customers with outstanding support and continued communication throughout the repair process of their vehicle. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, and maintaining a high standard for all daily operations.
Role responsibilities
* Full time position with no weekends
* First point of contact for our customers
* Answer all incoming phone calls, emails and team communication channels
* Managing customer bookings
* Update customers throughout the repair process
* Maintain accurate records in our repair management software
* Liaise with external suppliers and assessors
You will have
* Previous experience in a customer service role (Automotive Industry preferred but not essential)
* Be an integral part of our team, and must be able to work collaboratively
* Be highly driven and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
* Have a friendly and empathetic nature and focus on providing exceptional customer service
* Have an excellent phone manner, verbal & written communication skills and a positive attitude
* High attention to detail
* Australian drivers licence preferred
