What You Will Do:
* Deliver end-to-end change activities including assessment, analysis, and documentation to ensure the successful implementation of program objectives.
* Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments using established methodologies such as PROSCI/ADKAR to support management activities.
* Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics while proactively identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
* Collaborate with HR, IR, LD, Communications, and other operational business groups to deliver an integrated people change service.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance project delivery and resolve engagement issues.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in change management.
* Proven experience managing change within a highly industrialised or complex operational landscape.
* Demonstrated ability to drive project milestones and deadlines while balancing the diverse needs of multiple stakeholder groups.
* Strong proficiency in change management methodologies and the ability to coach or mentor team members in these practices.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and write fluently for diverse audiences.
