About the Role
We are looking for two (2) experienced Receptionists to join our friendly team at our Caboolture clinic.
This is a permanent part-time role, working three to four days per week.
We understand the importance of balance, so we offer some flexibility with hours to help you manage work and life commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm and welcoming customer service to our patients.
Manage appointments and procedures with care and efficiency.
Handle patient enquiries both in person and over the phone.
Process patient invoices and documentation with accuracy.
Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
What We're Looking For
1+ year experience in reception or customer service (healthcare experience is a plus).
Experience with Best Practice software is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with Medicare billing processes is preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a professional presentation.
Flexibility with working hours and a positive, can-do attitude.
