We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse/Forklift Team Leader to join our Bendigo site.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, support a small team, and ensure the smooth and safe flow of materials across the site.
About the Role:
As the Warehouse/Forklift Team Leader, you will:
Lead and support the warehouse and dispatch team to meet daily operational targets
Coordinate goods inwards/outwards, inventory control, and product movements
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (counterbalance and/or high reach)
Ensure compliance with Hellers' safety, quality, and food handling standards
Liaise with production and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow
Assist in training, mentoring, and developing warehouse staff
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment
A current forklift licence (essential)
Previous leadership or team leader experience preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
A hands-on attitude and commitment to safety and teamwork
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
