Responsibilities
* Lead stakeholder engagement to define measurable benefits and quality outcomes.
* Elicit and document business, stakeholder, and solution requirements using advanced facilitation and analytical techniques.
* Analyse, elicit, and document business processes in line with the Enterprise process standards.
* Translate business needs into technical solutions, including system and data requirements.
* Maintain ownership of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure successful implementation.
* Collaborate across business and IT to coordinate complex work and manage communication channels.
* Conduct feasibility assessments and ensure compatibility of new solutions with existing systems.
* Perform detailed data analysis and mapping to support solution design.
* Ensure compliance with legislative and organisational processes.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience in business analysis within complex transformation projects.
* Prior experience in financial services organisations (knowledge of investment operations and superannuation would be beneficial).
* Experience in using formal modelling techniques to document business processes (e.g. BPMN, APQC).
* Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage analysis work schedules and deliver under tight timeframes.
* Technical knowledge of modern business systems and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
* Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ARIS, and MS Visio.
