Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain from procurement through to delivery ensuring materials, subcontractors, and logistics meet time, cost, quality, safety and compliance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize the supply chain process to ensure efficient delivery of materials and services.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs.
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of civil engineering construction processes including materials, plant, subcontractor supply, logistics, health & safety, and compliance demands.
* Demonstrable experience in supply-chain management within large-scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects (ideally heavy civil, nuclear, or energy infrastructure).
* Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
