Job Description
* Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Ensure compliance with all Australian accounting standards.
* Provide strategic financial advice to senior management + support decision making.
* Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.
* Oversee day to day cash flow management.
* Lead and develop a small team.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
* Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
* A degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Proven expertise in financial management.
* Ability to lead and develop a small team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in Oracle ERP highly regarded.
* A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
