About the Opportunity
A Sales Consultant will drive sales and settlements contributing to business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers.
* Maintain accurate Salesforce data entry for all customer interactions, sales activities, forms, and processes.
* Lead management – meet expectations around lead contacts, data collection, lead follow-up, and appointment management.
* Contract Management – ensure accurate contract information and handover to the community team is seamless.
* Settlement Management – Ensure customers are prepared for settlement and contracts team have accurate information.
* Maintain relationships with development, construction, and community management teams.
* Follow established sales processes and provide feedback on improvements.
* Recommend, attend, and host sales events as a positive ambassador for the project and your customers.
