We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Lifestyle Coordinator to create and deliver engaging programs that promote wellbeing, connection, and joy for our retirement village residents.
The ideal candidate will be able to build meaningful relationships with residents, plan and lead social, physical, and mental wellbeing activities, and support events, functions, and resident-led groups.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Build meaningful relationships with residents
* Plan and lead social, physical, and mental wellbeing activities
* Support events, functions, and resident-led groups
* Manage bookings, payments, and records
* Partner with local organisations for program delivery
* Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
* Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle or willingness to obtain
* First Aid & RSA (or willingness to obtain)
* Light Rigid licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication, creativity, and a caring attitude
* Experience working with seniors a must
