Retail Facilities Manager
Key Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to work with a portfolio of retail assets, ensuring the health and safety of occupants and visitors while managing maintenance contractors.
The Retail Facilities Manager plays a critical role in the effective management of retail properties, plant, and equipment.
* Ensure scheduled maintenance is adhered to, with reports and compliance certificates provided by contractors.
* Inform centre/property manager of incidents and events affecting tenants or impacting property operations.
* Obtain quotations for minor repairs and arrange necessary works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect and maintain cleanliness of exterior entrances, ground floor foyer, and carpark areas.
* Verify contractors, issue permits if required, and induct personnel on building rules.
* Be available to respond to after-hours problems and ensure prompt resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Facilities Manager who can effectively manage hard and soft FM building services, prioritizing the upkeep of multiple assets and their systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy and adaptability.
