ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to play a critical role in driving scheduling excellence across a large transformation portfolio. This role will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and governing program scheduling frameworks, ensuring alignment across complex projects, and supporting the delivery of key capability uplift initiatives. You will partner with Program Managers, Project Managers, and the Enterprise PMO to deliver high-quality integrated schedules that enable effective planning, reporting, and decision-making.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Maintain program-wide scheduling frameworks, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistency across all projects.
* Develop, update, and manage an integrated Master Schedule for the Core Capabilities Program while supporting the EPMO with cross-portfolio schedules.
* Identify, track, and manage dependencies across projects and programs, providing early visibility of risks and impacts.
* Ensure scheduling practices are accurate, efficient, and aligned with governance requirements, with a strong focus on reporting and transparency.
* Provide expert support to Delivery Managers and Project Managers to resolve complex scheduling challenges.
* Design and implement technical processes and customised reporting to meet diverse stakeholder and project needs.
MORE ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience as a Master Scheduler, Program Scheduler, or Project Controls Specialist within large, complex programs.
* Strong background in building and managing integrated program schedules across multiple workstreams.
* Advanced knowledge of scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent) and portfolio management systems.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, PMO teams, and project managers.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address dynamic scheduling issues.
* Ability to translate complex schedule data into meaningful insights and reports for different audiences.
* Exposure to enterprise or government transformation programs will be highly regarded.
