Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end-to-end HR programs and processes aligned to company policies and standards.
* Manage the recruitment process, including supporting hiring managers in effective recruitment and selection.
* Accurately interpret company policies, National Employment Standards, awards, and certified agreement conditions.
* Support leaders in issue resolution and contribute to other people programs including performance planning and reviews.

Requirements
* Degree qualification in Human Resources or similar (desirable) and/or equivalent years of relevant experience.
* Experience with recruitment and selection, particularly in a geographically dispersed blue-collar workforce.
* Comprehensive understanding of industrial frameworks, including legislation, awards, agreements.
* Ability to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders.
* Highly effective communication and problem-solving skills.
