About the Role
As a Disability Employment Advocate (DEA) based in Maroochydore, you'll play a vital role in helping participants overcome barriers and achieve meaningful employment. Your responsibilities may include:
* Case Management
Support participants by identifying their strengths and challenges, developing tailored employment plans, and providing ongoing workplace support.
* Employer Engagement
Build strong relationships with local employers, create inclusive job opportunities, and match participants with roles that suit their skills and aspirations.
* Training Delivery
Facilitate pre-employment and on-the-job training for participants, and offer customised training to employers to foster inclusive workplaces.

Previous experience in Employment Services is a desirable but not essential.
