Job Title: Team Administrator Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support across day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for credit card management, creating monthly site purchase orders, managing travel and accommodation requirements, and supporting people & culture initiatives.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for credit card management, ensuring seamless processing and resolution of queries;
* Creating and maintaining accurate records of monthly site purchase orders, ensuring timely submission and adherence to company procedures;
* Managing travel and accommodation requirements for team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
* Providing administrative support for people & culture initiatives, including events, communications, and employee engagement activities;
Requirements and Qualifications:
A minimum Certificate IV in Administration and Finance is required, along with a basic understanding of the mining industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, as well as Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
