Concept Tech is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Albany & the Great Southern. We’re seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Technician to join our agile team, delivering Managed IT support and break/fix solutions to our valued clients.
About the Role
As a Level 2 IT Technician, you’ll tackle more complex IT challenges, support our MSP clients with proactive solutions, and provide expert break/fix services both in-store at our Albany location and on-site. This role is perfect for an experienced technician who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and networking issues.
Manage MSP tasks, including server maintenance, network configurations, and cybersecurity measures.
Perform complex break/fix repairs, including data recovery and system optimizations.
Support clients with cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure) and virtualization.
Mentor Level 1 technicians and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain detailed documentation for client systems and support tickets.
Build strong client relationships through qualified on-site and remote support.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or break/fix environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Entra, Active Directory, and networking.
Experience with cybersecurity tools and backup solutions.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are highly desirable.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license for on-site client visits across the region.
Outstanding communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
