We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and support a small finance team, championing collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
* Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly financial periods.
* Manage and reconcile various financial accounts, including fixed assets, intercompany loans, and other transactions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance role or 10+ years of proven industry experience.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
