We are seeking an Estate Appraisal and Data Auditor to join our team. The role involves conducting estate condition assessments and asset data verification audits at Defence sites.
Estate Condition Assessments and Asset Data Verification Audits will be conducted at Defence sites. Validating and maintaining asset information in Defence estate systems is crucial for efficient operations.
This role requires the development of appraisal reports, audit support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, promoting Downer's Zero Harm values and ensuring Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) legislation compliance is vital.
The ideal candidate must possess a Certificate IV in Asset Management or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in asset auditing, condition assessment, and data analysis is also essential.
