Trayne Consulting is recruiting an experienced Certified Practising Valuer, Property or Credit Analyst to join a boutique, independent specialist lender and credit fund manager based in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.
This newly created, in-house role will see you deliver accurate desktop valuations across residential and commercial property. You will work closely with brokers and internal stakeholders to support informed credit and pricing decisions within a growing finance business known for delivering tailored lending solutions.

Most importantly, this is an in-house role, no on-site inspections and no external client chasing, just high-quality analysis that supports calculated decision-making whist building strong broker relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver timely and accurate desktop valuations and support deal pricing, working closely with brokers on transactions
* Research residential and commercial property values using tools such as RP Data, Google Earth and to analyse historic and current data
* Provide solution-focused valuation insights and guidance to brokers, building trusted working relationships that support positive deal outcomes.
* Liaise with real estate agents to obtain insights on recent sales, property values and comparable transactions
* Prepare clear, succinct valuation and property reports, effectively substantiating and communicating findings to key stakeholders
* Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to support valuation accuracy and market intelligence
* Perform additional duties as required, to support the team and ensure efficient turnaround times
Key Attributes
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with strong capability across residential and commercial property valuations, research, analysis and reporting
* Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification will be highly regarded but not essential
* Experience in credit, private lending, property finance, or banking will be required
* Strong problem-solving, research and analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with real estate agents and brokers
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn internal systems
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work to time-sensitive deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative and growing team
