About the role

As the Business Development Manager – Property Management, you will play a critical role in driving the continued growth of Reventon’s rent roll. You will be responsible for sourcing and securing new managements through a combination of personal prospecting, referral partnerships, relationship management, and leveraging the company’s expansive network.

You’ll work closely with the wider property management and sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, excellent service delivery, and maximisation of cross-departmental opportunities.

To be successful in this role you need to possess:

· Proven experience in a real estate BDM role

· Strong understanding of Melbourne’s residential rental market

· Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

· Results-driven mindset with a passion for real estate

· Ability to build trust quickly with landlords, investors, and referral partners

· A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate and driver’s license

· Reliable vehicle

· National Police Check

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and secure new property managements per month (KPI)

· Prospect for new landlord clients through personal networks, digital leads, and company referrals

· Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners and clients

· Conduct rental appraisals and presentations to prospective landlords

· Facilitate a seamless handover of new properties to the property management team

· Identify opportunities to refer landlords to the Reventon Real Estate Sales team

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting on pipeline and conversion metrics
