Job Description
Deliver a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries and complaints
Key responsibilties:
Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
Provide customers with timely responses to digital, social and telephone based requests and effective resolution of complaints
Manage third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
Process online sales and manual web order allocations to ensure the efficient delivery of products
Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
Escalate issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required
Work closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required
Qualifications
Frontline customer service
Retail instore sales or administration
Microsoft Office suite
