About the role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced quality safety and environment professional to manage compliance within our organisation.
Are you experienced at influencing internal stakeholders in best practice and proactive WHS behaviour? We are looking for a trusted advisor that has the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of Council. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills to support achieving our objectives. If you have exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for Work, Health and Safety, we want to hear from you.
This position will build capability and capacity within our workforce to meet the goals of the organisation and its obligations against the legislation. You will undertake Quality Assurance supervision and audit of Council works in terms of quality, environment and work heath and safety (WHS) to ensure documentation and required standards of performance are being met in accordance with RMCC guidelines and Statutory obligations.

This position is located at Council's Grafton Depot, however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
