Automotive Business Manager - Finance and Insurance Sales

About the Role
As a key member of The Application Centre (TAC) credit team, you’ll deliver exceptional finance and insurance solutions to customers and dealerships. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of finance applications—from submission to settlement—while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a premium customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Submit and manage finance applications and approvals.
- Offer tailored finance, insurance, and mechanical protection products.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and customers.
- Track and report on performance metrics and commissions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in finance or insurance sales (automotive or motorcycle industry preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms (MCNET, YouX).
- Must pass criminal, credit, and bankruptcy checks.
