The Opportunity
We're looking for experienced security screen and door installers to join our contractor team. This is a long-term, consistent engagement — not a one-off. We actively recruit from the glazing trade. If you've spent years hauling glass, managing wet trades, and dealing with job-site chaos, security screen installation will feel like a completely different world — in the best possible way.
Scope of Work
Installations are primarily residential across Redlands, Brisbane South, Logan, and Bayside, with some light commercial. Product types include:
• Security screens and doors (hinged, sliding, stacking)
• Grille screens and fixed panels
• Window security screens
• Combination installs alongside blinds, shutters, and awnings (available to cross-trained contractors)

ONESOLOMON installs are not "chuck it up and go." We manufacture locally and we expect our installs to match that standard.

Safety & Systems
• SWMS compliance, PPE, and site induction adherence
• Photo completion uploads and digital install reporting
• Following check measure protocol and install sequencing
What You'll Need
• Valid ABN and invoicing capability
• Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10M)
• White Card
• Current driver's licence
• Ute or van suitable for product transport (longer lengths)
• Own hand and power tools
• Working at Heights certification (desirable)
