Full Job Description
Join a not-for-profit organisation and a major healthcare provider in the region.
This is a key leadership role which you will be responsible for operational efficiency and performance within the Operating Rooms.
Remuneration is paid in line with the hospital's Nurses Enterprise Agreement.
The Role
* Lead and support a high-performing theatre team to deliver exceptional clinical care
* Minimum commitment of 64 hours per fortnight
* Provide hands-on leadership in a rural setting, with visible impact and influence
* Contribute to a values-driven care model focused on Excellence, Kindness, and Collaboration
* Support Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Foster a collaborative, respectful culture that enhances teamwork and patient outcomes
About You
* AHPRA Registered as Nurse Division 1 with a minimum 5 years' experience
* Clinical and leadership experience in perioperative setting
* Experience with successfully managing multiple stakeholders and partnerships across service sectors
* Involved in clinical projects, quality improvement initiatives and knowledge of NSQHS National Standards accreditation requirements
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite
