The Role
As a Secondary Generalist Teacher, the successful applicant will ideally possess the capacity to provide a learning environment that is caring, engaging, and differentiated to cater for a range of learning needs.
You will ideally have the ability to deliver the Western Australian Curriculum and have an excellent understanding of the Aboriginal Cultural Standards Framework.
We are seeking a teacher ideally who has strong classroom management and skills to engage students successfully.
The successful applicant should be motivated and committed to creating an engaging, inclusive, and challenging learning environment; based on high accountability and sound expectations to ensure all students achieve their maximum potential.
You will ideally be flexible, have a strong work ethic, and develop positive, productive partnerships with students, colleagues, and the community.

Teachers and school administrators employed at Mullewa District High School in **** are eligible to receive a temporary Attraction and Retention Incentive of $***** (p.a., gross – to be adjusted pro rata for FTE and tenure).
Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year.
Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment.
The temporary ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school.
