We’re currently searching for an experienced IT business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business. Our ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and trains our sales professionals. They will also actively be able to seek out other business opportunities within the Evolve scope of products that can boost revenue and set our company apart.What will you be doing:· Develop and maintain professional networks foster business growth· Showcase products, demonstrate features, models and technical specifications with clients· Meet or exceed sales budget and contribute to revenue growth · Identify and evaluate new business relationships to extend and develop Evolve’s client portfolio using a list of prospects provided and you will be expected to leverage your own existing network· Generate effective sales pipeline and drive from opportunity identification to close, and provide post sales support as required· Relationship building, ability to foster valuable connections with clients· Maintain accurate and current data in our job management platform relating to accounts, contacts, opportunities· Exhibit people focused behavior, relationship management, a healthy competitive nature with a passion for leadership, sales and service excellence, with a quality led approach The skills we are looking for:· Minimum 3 years with a proven track record of business development and sales experience in relevant industries· Sharp negotiations, networking skills and time management· Skilled in contract presentation, negotiation and closing· Honest and transparent individual, who truly wants to add value to Evolve· Independence in approach, demanding a considerable degree of originality, integrity and judgement· Creativity, drive and tenacity, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills What you get in return:· Great salary · After 2 years of continual service gain an extra week leave in addition to regular leave entitlements· Long term secure employment opportunity with a private locally owned Australian business· Generous 12% employer superannuation contribution· A paid day off on your birthday and to volunteer· Paid time off for the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood group donation program· Getting in and laughing with a cracking bunch of legends · Great location (Tropical Far North Queensland) · Safe and secure working environment · An inclusive environment with regular social events (because it’s got to be fun!)
