Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Melbourne-based Remedial team. This is an opportunity to work on technically complex and diverse remedial and strengthening projects that extend the life of critical infrastructure across Australia.

The Role
* Lead estimating and tendering activities from initial opportunity review through to submission.
* Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to develop innovative, competitive solutions for a wide range of remedial works.
* Base in Melbourne, costed to overhead, with occasional short trips nationwide to support tender development and opportunity reviews.
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for remedial construction projects.
* Develop construction methodologies, programs, and pricing strategies.
* Coordinate and write high-quality tender and bid submissions.
* Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
* Provide technical and commercial input during pre-contract planning.
* Support the identification and conversion of new project opportunities.
