ABOUT THE SERVICE:
* Caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old across 5 rooms and 3 beautiful outdoor play areas
* Incredible in-service support from a full time Service Administrator and full time Curriculum Leader.
* Outstanding long standing Area Manager to guide you through your career
* Walking distance to local coffee shop and supermarket
* Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation.
* Opening hours - 6:30am-630pm - Monday-Friday

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Have a minimum of 12 months experience in managing a child care service as a Centre Director or similar
* In depth understanding of the EYLF and NQS to ensure quality outcomes for the children
* Provide guidance, leadership, mentorship, and support to a diverse team of educators, culinary professionals, trainees, and students.
* You have a vision to support local families and their children by mentoring and leading your team to exceptional heights
* A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
* Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
