About the role
We're looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to help deliver digital activity across our websites and CRM. This role plays an essential part in keeping our digital presence accurate, engaging and up to date across all brand: Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and Social Media Specialist, you'll support the coordination of digital content, assist with CRM execution, help maintain our online listings and contribute to strong day‑to‑day delivery of campaigns and community engagement. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your digital marketing experience in a fast‑paced, creative and supportive environment.
What you'll work on day to day
* Keep our websites up to date with accurate product, event and promotional content.
* Build, test and schedule email and SMS campaigns, ensuring content accuracy and strong delivery.
* Maintain external listings (Google My Business, TripAdvisor, Apple Business) with current information.
* Support social media and content activity, including monitoring and responding to guest interactions.
* Coordinate digital campaign assets, updates and cross‑channel content uploads.
* Provide high‑level reporting across web, CRM and digital performance channels.
* Assist with general marketing tasks including content organisation, shoot coordination and asset management.
