Junior Business Development Manager - Funds Management

The role involves promoting the company's investment philosophy, portfolio construction beliefs, and investment products to prospective institutional investors, financial advisers, and family offices.
* Manage sales campaigns and email marketing as directed by senior managers.
* Assist in preparing and presenting workshops, professional development days, events and seminars.
* Monitor fund flows for the state and assist regional managers with various reporting, meeting preparation and follow-up.
Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in finance or related field.
* Financial services experience preferably in funds management.
* Good working knowledge of investment management industry, markets and broad understanding of funds management environment.
* Good understanding of multiple asset classes.
* Presentable and articulate communication skills.
* Experience using Morningstar Direct is highly desired.
